Who We Are
Ilídio Cruz & Associates – Law Firm, RL (IC&A) is a law firm based in Praia, the capital city of the Republic of Cabo Verde, with a share capital of 5,000,000 ECV. The firm originated from the transformation of the Gabinete de Advocacia, Consultoria e Procuradoria Jurídica, established in 1991, into a law partnership, following the enactment of Decree-Law No. 38/2007 of November 5.
Over the years, IC&A has built a solid reputation through its work in civil, contractual, corporate, commercial, banking, tax, social security, and labour law.
